Identity verification solutions provider Jumio has secured US$15m financing from venture capitalists Centana Growth Partners and Millennium Technology Value Partners.
Jumio will use the funds to strengthen its market position, enhance sales and marketing efforts, and accelerate investment in product development and international expansion.
The investment follows Centana’s acquisition of Jumio in May in a competitive auction approved by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
