Stockholm-listed online gaming operator Mr Green & Co. has raised approximately €20m through a new share placement to finance growth and acquisitions.
The company has placed five million new shares with a number of Swedish and international institutional investors, including Handelsbanken Fonder and Tredje AP-fonden, at a price of SEK39.00 per share.
