London-listed gaming provider Sportech has announced plans to distribute £53.8m to shareholders through its capital reduction plan.
The distribution amounts to 29.0 pence per share in cash and follows Sportech's £83m sale of The Football Pools business, and this week's approval from the Edinburgh Court of Session to reduce its capital by approximately £55.7m.
