The New York Lottery has unanimously recommended that the state select Genting Malaysia Berhad's wholly-owned subsidiary, Genting New York, as the developer and operator of a video lottery facility at Aqueduct Racetrack, after Genting met and exceeded all of the requirements for selection including an upfront licensing fee of US$380m.
