A report submitted last week to the Finance Committee of the French Assembly by MPs Jean-François Lamour and Aurélie Filippetti contains 15 proposals to amend the country’s gaming legislation, including calls for the introduction of a maximum hourly loss limit, changes to the tax base, and the sharing of poker liquidity with players from other EU/EEA member states.
