Dale Johnson, chairman of online payment processor Optimal Payments, is to step down from his role after six years due to “changing personal circumstances.”
Johnson first took up the chairman role in 2007, having served as a director of the company’s previous incarnation Neovia Financial plc since 2004, alongside his work as a freelance management consultant.
