London-listed online gaming operator 888 has announced the planned retirement of non-executive chairman Richard Kilsby, with current chief executive Brian Mattingley set to be appointed as executive chairman after stepping down as CEO.
Both Kilsby and Mattingley will continue in their current roles until the company’s next annual general meeting (AGM) in 2015, at which time Mattingley will step down as chief executive and assume the role of chairman.
