Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has added two new members to its board of directors, including former governor of Delaware Jack Markell.

Markell, who also served as US ambassador to Italy and San Marino until January 2025, will strengthen the board with his extensive expertise in government relations, corporate development and strategic management.

RSI has also appointed Andrew Bluhm to its board of directors. Bluhm is the founder and managing principal of Delaware Street Capital and brings extensive expertise in finance, investing and corporate development.

Following the appointment of Bluhm and Markell, RSI’s board of directors is now comprised of 11 members.

Shares in Rush Street Interactive Inc (NYSE:RSI) closed 0.27 per cent higher at $10.96 per share in New York Friday.
