Rush Street Gaming has brought in Scott Lokke to serve as general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia.
Lokke brings over three decades of industry experience to the role, having most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of JACK Cleveland Casino in Ohio for the past 10 years.
Prior to that, he spent twelve years at Caesars Entertainment, including roles at Harrah’s casinos in St. Louis and Kansas City, having begun his gaming career at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Starwood Hotels directing food and beverage operations.
Lokke succeeds Susan Foster, who was appointed general manager of the casino in July 2024.
“Having worked in Cleveland, Las Vegas and other major metropolitan areas, Scott is highly qualified to lead the Philly team,” said Rush Street Gaming CEO Tim Drehkoff. “His achievements in gaming operations, combined with his hospitality expertise in restaurants and entertainment, uniquely position him to build on Rivers’ success.”
Commenting on his new role, Lokke said: “I’m thrilled to build on the strong foundation the team already has in place. I’m committed to leading the team in delivering exceptional experiences, results and engagement. It’s truly my honor to be part of this team.”
Rush Street Gaming and its affiliates also operate casinos in Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania), Des Plaines (Illinois), Portsmouth (Virginia), and Schenectady (New York).
