London-headquartered RPM Gaming has strengthened its North American leadership team with the appointment of Bryan Bennett as head of US.

Bennett brings extensive experience across iGaming, sports betting and the broader mobile ecosystem, including stints at Kabam, RocketPlay, American Gaming Systems (AGS), and Betfred USA, where he served as chief operating officer.

Since 2023, he has been involved in senior advisory positions with the likes of Tangelo Games, ALT Sports Data and Toast, as part of his independent NorthCo Strategy enterprise.

“Bryan joins our team at an exciting time as we look to double down on our US ambitions, facilitating the next generation of sports betting, iGaming, and tech start-ups in the market,” said RPM Gaming founder Richard Thorp. “His deep network and local marketing, compliance, and fundraising know-how will be a key part of this strategy as we ramp up in the states in 2026 and beyond.”

Commenting on his new role, Bennett said: “RPM Gaming is synonymous with so many success stories in the retail and iGaming sectors in recent years. As an organisation, it has a firm footing in the US, and now, working with their expert team, I’m very confident that we can scale significantly in a short period of time.

“Working in senior marketing, regulatory, and operational positions across various verticals in the US betting industry means I know where the opportunities and challenges lie for its new entrants. As a collective, we’re very well-positioned to drive brand growth as the U.S. matures at pace from both a consumer and operator perspective.”

RPM has also appointed Conleth Byrne as strategic partnerships director, bringing over 20 years’ leadership experience across iGaming and technology-driven sectors.

Byrne recently served as product director at Sports Information Services (SIS) and prior to that was managing director at The Football Pools and commercial director at IGT.

“His impressive track record in business strategy, C-level partnerships, and operational excellence, will play a key role in driving collaboration and long-term value for our global partners,” said RPM.
