Amaya, soon to be rebranded The Stars Group, has recruited former Scientific Games chief technology officer and GTS co-founder Jerry Bowskill as its new CTO.
The addition of Bowskill completes the management team formed by Rafi Ashkenazi since he ascended to the chief executive's office in place of Amaya founder David Baazov.
An Amaya spokesperson declined to comment but sources suggest Bowskill starts work today (June 14) and a stock market announcement will be made imminently.
