Toronto-listed lottery messenger service LottoGopher has retained former Illinois Lottery general counsel Melissa Riahei as an independent special advisor.
Riahei will help guide LottoGopher's expansion into key US states and advise on licensing and compliance efforts in New Jersey, and elsewhere as regulation unfolds.
