Finland’s state-owned gaming operator Veikkaus has partnered with Optimove to utilise the company’s CRM marketing solution.

Veikkaus will leverage Optimove’s digital experience platform, Opti-X, to deliver personalised dynamic content to its players, while Optimove’s strategic services team will assist the operator in maximising business results via more curated marketing.

In addition, Optimove’s data-driven approach will allow Veikkaus to further its responsible gambling efforts by anticipating player behaviour.
