Kindred Group’s 32Red brand has confirmed that it be closing down its online poker offering on Tuesday when the Microgaming Poker Network closes.
32Red Poker will be shut down on 19 May, with players still be able to continue logging into their account, access banking, and play casino games at 32Red.com after that date.
The operator confirmed that its Bad Beat Jackpot has been decommissioned, and all five Fish Party Jackpots will be decommissioned on 18 May. Any unused contributions will be returned to players, and any excess funds will form the prize pools of Freerolls for all six jackpots held on Monday.
“Looking ahead, we recommend Unibet Poker, our sister brand, who will ensure 32Red Poker players get the warm welcome they deserve,” said 32Red Poker.
Microgaming had confirmed last year that it would close its poker network after more than 16 years in operation, following an extensive internal review of its product portfolio and strategy.
Shares in Kindred Group plc (STO:KIND) were trading up 2.38 per cent at SEK46.81 per share in Stockholm earlier Friday.
