The government of Cyprus has appointed a number of advisors to oversee the privatisation of the country’s national lottery.
The government has appointed a team of international consultants for the project, including KPMG Cyprus, Sweden’s QLot Consulting, Ireland's J&E Davy, as well as legal advisors Vlaemminck & Partners of Belgium and Angelides, Ioannides, Leonidou of Cyprus.
The consultants have been tasked with developing the financial models for privatising the lottery, as well as overseeing the due diligence process and ultimate transaction.
