Swedish state-owned gaming operator Svenska Spel has deployed its Playscan responsible gambling tool with Switzerland’s Société de la Loterie de la Suisse Romande.
The Swiss lottery operator will use the Playscan behavioural analysis tool to monitor for signs of problematic game play and intervene with personalised communications to players.
Playscan is used in Sweden by Svenska Spel and Miljon Lotteriat, and has also been deployed in Norway by Norsk Tipping and France by La Française des Jeux (FDJ).
