Mississippi’s 26 licensed sportsbook operators collected total wagers of $48.0m during the month of October, with more than half of all bets placed on American football.
Wagers were up 46 per cent compared to the same month last year, with the Coastal region’s 12 casinos, including Beau Rivage and Golden Nugget Biloxi, generating nearly 70 per cent of the statewide total in October with $33.4m in wagers.
