iGaming Ontario (iGO), manager of the province’s online gaming market, is seeking proposals for a new centralized self-exclusion solution.
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was launched on Wednesday and runs until 24 April, inviting interested companies to provide design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment services for a SaaS-based Centralized Self Exclusion Solution.
The successful bidder will develop a system that integrates seamlessly with all Ontario iGaming operators’ systems, including the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation’s (OLG) iGaming site.
The Centralized Self-Exclusion (CSE) Solution will be deployed by iGO, giving players in the province easy access to create and manage their self-exclusion profile, alongside Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, registration, renewal, and reinstatement processes.
The iGO is looking to award a five-year contract, with three additional optional terms of up to one year each.
