Greentube subsidiary Capecod has agreed a strategic partnership with Ainsworth Game Technology in Italy.

The partnerhsip will see Capecod distribute Ainsworth’s casino titles to operators in the Italian market, adding a fourth Novomatic brand to the Capecod platform.

Novomatic acquired a majority stake in Australia’s Ainsworth Game Technology in January 2018.

“Ainsworth is one of the most important brands within the Novomatic group and we are proud to collaborate with them to bring their highly successful titles, already much appreciated in international online and land-based markets, also to the Italian market,” said Capecod CEO Michele Morotti.

“The quality of their products and their experience in always creating innovative content are indisputable, and for this reason, we are sure that all our partners will appreciate the added value that these games will give to their online casinos.”

Shares in Ainsworth Game Technology Ltd. (ASX:AGI) gained 6.58 per cent to close at AU$0.81 per share in Sydney Wednesday.
