The All Things Lottery Group (ATL Group) is powering the launch of AfriMillions in Nigeria, which aims to become the first pan-African progressive lottery.
AfriMillions held its inaugural mega draw at the weekend, offering a jackpot of 1 billion Naira (approx. €612,688), following months of close collaboration between AfriMillions and B2B lottery provider ATL Group.
Within ATL Group, Smartplay is supplying the draw machines, ALOT Systems provides the omnichannel lottery platform, and ATL Prizes delivers jackpot prize cover for big jackpots.
“Seeing another lottery partner go live never loses that feeling of pride and the hugely ambitious and thoughtful team at AfriMillions are a pleasure to work with,” said Mike Carruthers, chief executive of The ATL Group. “We are delighted to be supporting them with everything needed to sell tickets, result live draws and promote a life-changing jackpot from day one.
“It is always great to see not only the lotteries we work with succeed, but also the communities they work alongside benefit alongside.”
AfriMillions lottery games are offered under license from the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA).
Lottery tickets can be purchased online or through authorized retail agents and point-of-sale (POS) terminals across Nigeria.
