DraftKings-owned Jackpocket has announced that a $250.8 million winning ticket was ordered using the lottery courier app.

The lucky winner ordered the ticket in Arkansas and matched all winning numbers during Monday night’s Powerball drawing – 2, 17, 18, 38, 62 – plus the Powerball (20).

“We’re thrilled for our customer in Arkansas and amazed that just their second order placed with Jackpocket resulted in a life-changing $250.8 million jackpot – setting a new Jackpocket record,” said Pete Sullivan, senior vice president of lottery at DraftKings. “This historic win underscores our commitment to delivering a best-in-class, secure, and seamless lottery experience for our customers.”

The jackpot marks the largest prize ever won from a ticket ordered through Jackpocket. The winning ticket was purchased at Winners Corner, an authorized and licensed retailer in Little Rock.

“The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is proud to celebrate this $250.8 million win alongside our retail partner, Jackpocket,” said Arkansas Scholarship Lottery executive director Sharon Strong. “Through our collaboration, we have been able to provide Arkansans with more convenient ways to play lottery games, now leading to this historic moment.

“We look forward to celebrating even more wins, both big and small, as we raise proceeds to benefit our students and our state.”

The $250.8 million jackpot is the second-largest lottery prize awarded in the state, following the $1.817 billion Powerball win in December 2025.

The winner will have the choice between an annuitized prize of $250.8 million or a one-time payout of $118 million. Both prize options are before taxes. State taxes will withhold 3.9 per cent, and federal taxes will withhold 24 per cent.

“We are excited to make Arkansas lottery history with another Powerball jackpot win in just over two months,” continued Strong. “As with our other lottery prizes, the benefits of this win are multi-layered. From raising funds for in-state student scholarships to supporting our retailers and contributing to the state’s economy, we look forward to seeing this positive impact spread across Arkansas communities.”

Jackpocket is currently available in 17 jurisdictions where lottery fans can order lottery tickets using the Jackpocket app for Powerball, Mega Millions, and local state lottery games.

To date, Jackpocket customers across the US have now won 80 prizes of $1 million or more.

Shares in Jackpocket parent DraftKings Inc (NASDAQ:DKNG) closed marginally higher by 0.12 per cent at $25.46 per share in New York Thursday.
