London Capital Group Holdings plc (LCG) has confirmed that the company’s chairman Richard Davey has resigned with immediate effect.
Davey had been chairman of LCG since May 2007. No reason has been given for his resignation.
“The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard for all his hard work and efforts over the past five years and to welcome Giles into his new role,” said LCG in a statement.
