KKCG Investment Group has taken full control of Czech lottery and betting operator Sazka with its acquisition of the 50 per cent stake held by investment firm PPF Group.
Sazka was acquired by KKCG and PPF via a joint venture in October 2011 at a valuation of CZK3.81bn after being declared bankrupt in May. The two investment firms were Sazka’s largest creditors.
