Iowa’s Senate State Government Committee voted Wednesday in favour of a bill to regulate online poker.
The Committee voted 11-4 in favour of senate study bill 3164 which would establish a licensing regime under the authority of the state Racing and Gaming Commission for state licensed gaming operators to also offer online poker to players within the state.
