Freed from its joint venture with British bookmaker William Hill, online gaming technology and services provider Playtech has extended its existing technology agreements with rival bookmaker Ladbrokes and entered into an agreement to provide the company with advisory services to help develop and grow its digital business.

The new software agreement will see Playtech provide Ladbrokes with its full technology and product suite for an initial period of more than five years, beginning with the launch of a new 'Vegas' tab on Ladbrokes' digital platforms offering a suite of casino and games products, with other products to follow in due course.
