The world's largest online poker operator PokerStars has reiterated its position on the legality of its operations in the United States, stating that nothing in the Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection and Enforcement Act which was approved by the House Financial Services Committee this week precludes it from operating in a regulated US market.
