New Jersey may be on course to have online gaming legislation in place during the first quarter of 2012, despite a delay in reintroducing Senator Raymond Lesniak’s internet gaming bill.

Lesniak had hoped to reintroduce his bill (S-3019) in the current legislative session which ends January 9th  but conceded Wednesday that more time was needed to resolve “the complex issues surrounding internet wagering”.
