Rank Group plc is in talks to acquire the land-based casino operations of rival Gala Coral, which if successful will make it the UK’s largest casino operator.
Rank said in a stock market announcement Monday that it is in discussions with Gala Coral Group about a potential acquisition of Gala's casino business, which includes 24 locations across the UK and one venue in Gibraltar.
