Swedish online gaming software developer Nyx Interactive has acquired Australia’s NextGen Gaming for an undisclosed sum.
The businesses will be merged to combine Nyx’s online bingo, lottery and casino modules with NextGen’s catalogue of proprietary and branded slot games in order to deliver a broader range of products and services to the online and land-based gaming industry.
The combined business will own a catalogue of over 300 gaming titles with more than 40 customers.
