The chief executive of the Kentucky Lottery, Arthur Gleason, has joined the chorus of disapproval over the proposed Reid/Kyl federal online gambling bill, urging Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell to oppose the legislation which he describes as ill-advised and contrary to the interests of the state and its residents.
