America's National Council of State Legislators (NCSL) has warned the federal government that it will oppose any attempt to undermine the sovereignty of states by introducing federal legislation to legalise or ban online gambling.
The NCSL said that Congress should consider the perspectives of states before it moves forward with any plans for federal gambling regulations, adding that the states should be involved in any process to reform iGaming controls.
