iGaming content and technology provider Bragg Gaming has appointed Holly Gagnon as chair of its Board of Directors.
Gagnon has served as lead director on Bragg’s Board since May 2021 and succeeds Matevž Mazij, who will continue to serve as Bragg CEO and as a member of the Board.
“Holly is an outstanding choice,” said Mazij. “Her wealth of gaming industry experience, strategic insights and passion for governance best practices will be tremendous assets as we continue to execute on our growth initiatives. Shares in Bragg Gaming Group Inc (TOR:BRAG) closed marginally 0.36 per cent higher at CAD$5.65 per share in Toronto Tuesday.
