Philippines-listed DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has reported a 69 per cent increase in first quarter revenue to ₱23.06 billion (approx. €372.8 million), as the electronic gaming platform provider prepares to expand into Brazil later this year.

The year-on-year revenue growth for the first quarter of 2025 was driven by a strong performance from the its flagship BingoPlus platform, as well as its ArenaPlus and GameZone E-games offerings.

This helped EBITDA for the first quarter more than double to ₱4.59 billion, with net income soaring 110 per cent to ₱4.2 billion.

DigiPlus contributed ₱8.8 billion in taxes and regulatory fees to PAGCOR during the quarter, an increase of 28 per cent compared to a year ago.

The quarter also marked the third anniversary of BingoPlus, one of the country’s leading electronic gaming platforms with over 40 million registered users, which now offers sports betting and live-streamed games.

As part of its global expansion strategy, DigiPlus confirmed that it is on track to launch operations in Brazil in the final quarter of the year, having secured an iGaming licence in the country earlier this year.

In March, DigiPlus appointed Graham Tidey as its new country manager for Brazil, and has started to build a team to drive growth in the market.

In addition, DigiPlus has also officially incorporated its Singapore hub, DigiPlus Global, setting the stage for broader growth opportunities.

“DigiPlus aims to bring the success it has established in the Philippines to participate in the thriving digital entertainment and electronic gaming industry globally,” said DigiPlus Interactive chairman Eusebio Tanco. “Our performance in the first quarter shows that we are building not just for scale, but for long-term value creation. We continuously invest in technology, talent, and trust – and this is what sets us apart.”

DigiPlus has also reinforced its commitment to responsible growth through the BingoPlus Foundation.

Building on its ₱100 million pledge in 2024, the Foundation has committed ₱150 million this year to support technology education, accessible healthcare, community resilience, and responsible digitalization.

Shares in DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (PSE: PLUS) closed 3.07 per cent higher at ₱45.30 per share in Manila earlier Tuesday.
