Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians has selected Konami Gaming’s casino management system to power its two venues in Southern California.
Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino are launching Konami’s SYNKROS system across a combined 33 table games and over 1,400 gaming machines.
“The move to SYNKROS is the first step towards creating a more customer friendly experience and personalized service for each of our 29 Rewards Loyalty Club members,” said Darrell Mike, chairman of the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians. “They can seamlessly play, earn points, and choose how to use those points across our Tribe’s two casinos and Shelee’s Travel Center.”
Konami Gaming vice president of systems sale Randy Caron added: “The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is giving guests the best opportunity to experience and maximize loyalty rewards across its gaming portfolio through the go-live of Konami’s SYNKROS technology.
“Whether visiting the blackjack table at Spotlight 29 Casino, or spinning the newest slots at Tortoise Rock Casino, patrons can earn points in real-time, to use across a wide mix of amenities exclusive to the tribe’s offering.”
