BetMGM has signed baseball legend and five-time World Series champion Derek Jeter as its latest brand ambassador.

The multi-year partnership will see the baseball legend appear in upcoming national marketing campaigns, including the Legendary Plays campaign, which is scheduled to premiere on July 15.

Jeter will also feature prominently on BetMGM’s digital channels and make appearances at exclusive VIP events, and play a key role in promoting BetMGM’s responsible gambling initiatives in the United States and Canada.

To mark the partnership, BetMGM plans to release an exclusive Jeter-themed slot game in the near future.

Jeter joins a long list of sporting legends who have been ambassadors for BetMGM, including former Manchester United, Everton and US men’s national team goalkeeper Tim Howard, ice hockey icon Wayne Gretzky, and ex-Detroit Lions running back Barry Sanders.
