Betsson has agreed a deal with Panionios Women’s Volleyball to become the team’s main sponsor and naming partner for the 2025/26 season.

The sponsorship agreement with Panionios Betsson adds to the operator’s presence in Greek women’s volleyball, where Betsson is also the naming partner and main sponsor of Alimos NAC Betsson.

“We are proud to support such a historic club as Panionios and to lend our name to the women’s volleyball team,” said Thanos Marinos, managing director of Betsson Greece.

“Strengthening women’s sports is a strategic priority for us, and with Panionios Betsson we are taking another meaningful step in this direction. We believe in the power of sport to unite, to inspire, and to drive positive growth.”

Efstathios Nikolouzos, president of Panionios G.S.S., commented: “Panionios, the most historic sports club in Greece and the first to establish a women’s volleyball team in the country, continues to innovate and lead the way. We are therefore delighted to partner with Betsson as the title and main sponsor of our women’s volleyball team.

“Betsson is a company with a strong sense of social responsibility, which perfectly aligns with our values and our pursuit of excellence. As Panionios Betsson, we share a common vision: to lead both on and off the court, with a clear focus on the growth of volleyball, sport, and the wider community.”
