The UAE Lottery has confirmed its first grand prize winner of AED 100 million (approx. €23.4 million) during its flagship Lucky Day draw game at the weekend.
The Lucky Day grand prize of AED 100 million was won on Saturday 18 October, with one player matching 6+1 numbers to win the jackpot.
The milestone win comes nearly a year after the lottery went live last November, holding its inaugural draw on 14 December 2024.
The lottery said that verification is currently underway as part of its standard operating procedures, with due diligence checks being made to ensure that all internal checks, security protocols, and General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) compliance requirements are fulfilled before further details about the winner are shared and the prize is awarded.
“We’re thrilled to share that one of our players from the UAE Lottery, operated by The Game LLC, has won the Grand Prize of AED 100,000,000 – the largest win in our history,” said Abu Dhabi-based Momentum, which owns The Game. “This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to offering trusted, transparent, and life-changing experiences for our players. Every ticket represents a moment of hope, and this incredible win is proof of what’s possible.
“A huge thank you to our players for their trust and to our teams for making moments like this happen. Here’s to many more life-changing wins ahead.”
The next Lucky Day draw takes place on 1 December. Participants must be residents in the UAE and at least 18 years old.
