Gaming Realms is entering the online slots space for the first time with the launch of its new game development studio, Lucky Lunar.
Lucky Lunar will roll out a portfolio of new slots that combine Gaming Realms’ Slingo features with familiar casino mechanics.
The first title, Rise of Aztec, is set to be released early next month and introduces the new Lock & Slingo mechanic, combining Hold & Win with Slingo, for rewarding gameplay.
“At Lucky Lunar, we believe that every game should spark curiosity and delight for the player,” said Gaming Realms chief product officer Suki Sandhu. “Our signature comet icon reflects our mission which is to move fast, shine bright, and bring something new to the world of online gaming.
“We’re setting out to create a portfolio of standout real-money games that combine unique emphasised features, storytelling, imagination, and solid performance, and we are super excited to introduce our content to the world.”
Gaming Realms CEO Mark Segal added: “Launching Lucky Lunar is a huge milestone for Gaming Realms as we venture into the slots space for the first time and expand our business proposition.
“This takes the company to the next level and sets us up for further global growth and we have great ambitions for both Lucky Lunar and Gaming Realms as we enter 2026.”
Shares in Gaming Realms plc (LSE:GMR) were trading 1.24 per cent lower at 40.00 pence per share in London earlier Monday.
