Aristocrat Interactive’s managing director of Content & Aggregation, Adrian Bailey, is leaving the company after nearly 20 years with the business.

Bailey has served as MD of Content & Aggregation since May 2024 following Aristocrat’s acquisition of NeoGames. Prior to that, he was MD at NeoGames subsidiary Pariplay for more than nine years.

He first joined NeoGames in July 2006 as vice president of marketing, and was appointed MD at Aspire Global in January 2011 following its acquisition of NeoGames. He also had a short stint at Caesars Interactive as VP of digital and casino.

“After a rewarding chapter and a successful handover at Aristocrat, the time has come for me to move on,” Bailey said on LinkedIn. “Building Pariplay and being part of three company sales has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my career. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege to learn continuously, work with exceptional people, and watch countless partners grow through our aggregation platform.

“I was also fortunate to be closely involved during the major industry shift from grey to regulated markets across Europe, the US, and LatAm – a transformation that reshaped the global gaming landscape.

“None of what we achieved would have been possible without the outstanding teams I had the honor to work alongside. The people across Pariplay, Aspire Global, and NeoGames became more than colleagues – they became a formidable professional family.”

Bailey added: “I’m now taking some time to focus on health, fitness, travel, and family, while have already accepted some advisory and board roles. I’m deeply grateful to those who have supported me personally during this transition.

“I also want to thank the teams at Aristocrat that embraced and supported me. It was a privilege to experience and learn from an organization of such scale, discipline, and operational excellence.”

Bailey is the latest executive from the acquired NeoGames companies to leave Aristocrat Interactive following the recent departures of Dima Reiderman and Tsachi Maimon to RubyPlay.

Former Light & Wonder executive Dylan Slaney took over as Aristocrat Interactive’s CEO last November to replace outgoing CEO Moti Malul.

Shares in Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX:ALL) closed 1.66 per cent higher at A$53.31 per share in Sydney Tuesday.
