Merv Digital Solutions has appointed former Scientific Games executive Harpreet Garcha as the company’s new chief growth officer.
Garcha joins Merv Digital following a successful initial engagement with the company and brings more than 15 years of experience working with leading lottery operators across multiple continents.
In his new role, he will lead global sales and commercial growth for both Merv Marketing Studio and Merv Game Studio, with a focus on expanding long-term partnerships with lottery and iGaming operators worldwide.
Huber and Garcha previously worked together at Scientific Games, where Garcha held senior commercial leadership roles strategically managing lottery portfolios and long-term partnerships.
“Merv Digital Solutions has always been about building long-term partnerships, not quick wins,” said Merv Huber, co-founder and CEO of Merv Digital Solutions and Gaming Intelligence Hot 50 of 2026 honouree. “Harpreet embodies that philosophy. He is trusted across the lottery industry, understands how operators think, and knows how to translate relationships into sustainable growth. I’m excited to have him helping lead our next chapter.”
Commenting in his appointment, Garcha said: “What drew me to Merv Digital Solutions is the clarity of its vision and its commitment to long-term partnerships. Merv understands that sustainable growth in regulated markets comes from trust, collaboration, and delivering real value to operators. I’m excited to help scale both studios globally and work alongside partners to drive meaningful, responsible growth.”
The Merv Marketing Studio helps lottery and iGaming operators deliver digital marketing, product strategy and CRM execution, and has already partnered with five clients – two lotteries and three commercial iGaming operators – in its first year of operation.
The Merv Game Studio is dedicated to creating online instant win games for lotteries, with the first eInstant title slated for launch in Q1 2026, with games expected to go live across at least six lotteries worldwide by the end of the year.
“This is a pivotal moment for Merv Digital Solutions,” Huber added. “We’re building something special across both studios, and bringing Harpreet into a leadership role signals our ambition to scale responsibly, globally, and with the right partners.”
