Swedish studio rolls out Finley’s Fortune stateside with the Virginia Lottery

Swedish iLottery games developer Random State has gone live in the United States for the first time with the Virginia Lottery.

Through an integration with aggregator EQL Games, Virginia Lottery players now have access to Finley’s Fortune, the studio’s first iLottery game for US players.

“Bringing Finley’s Fortune to players in Virginia is a milestone we’ve worked towards for a long time,” said Random State co-founder and chief operating officer Adam Fonsica. “We’re proud to make our US debut with a game that combines distinctive gameplay, storytelling and immersive presentation.

“It’s been a real team effort with EQL Games and the Virginia Lottery, and we’re excited to build on this launch with more games for the US market.”

EQL Games founder and CEO Brad Cummings said: “We are thrilled to help Random State bring their first game to the players in the United States. I’d like to applaud the Virginia Lottery for being willing to try new products like Finley’s Fortune, a beautifully-rendered and boundary-pushing game sure to appeal to a new type of lottery player.”

The Swedish studio is now the tenth studio EQL has introduced into the United States.

“Virginia Lottery players appreciate a diverse selection of games that offer fresh experiences and engaging new features,” said Virginia Lottery strategic games manager Corey Klingel. “We are thrilled to welcome Random State to the Virginia iLottery program and introduce Finley’s Fortune, a game we believe players will enjoy.”
