Multinational betting and gaming operator chooses New York as sole listing
Flutter Entertainment has confirmed that it will leave the London Stock Exchange in favour of a sole listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
The move had been widely expected after Flutter shares began trading on the NYSE in January 2024, with New York quickly taking over from London as the company’s primary listing.
The company’s shares have traded in London since the December 2000 listing of its former entity, Paddy Power.
Flutter shares will delist from the LSE at 8am on 3 August, with the last day of trading being July 31.
The company announced the review of its LSE listing in May alongside its first quarter results.
Shares in Flutter Entertainment plc. (LSE:FLTR) were trading 0.24 per cent lower on the news at 8,322.00 pence per share in London Friday morning. In New York (NYSE:FLUT) closed 1.89 per cent lower at $110.80 per share on Thursday.
