TRACKCHAMP, a joint venture between bwin.party digital entertainment and US-based broadcast graphics provider Chyronhego, has been selected as the official streaming and data partner of the Northern Irish Football League.
The deal is the first of its kind in Northern Ireland and will see TRACKCHAMP collect performance data for every match in the country’s top football league, the Danske Bank Premiership, from the start of the upcoming football season.
The data will include player speed and distance covered, ball speed and the percentage of possession for each team. TRACKCHAMP will also offer Northern Irish clubs its video and data analytics tool TCoach, which helps coaches analyse the performance of teams and players.
