The All-In Diversity Project has launched a new Membership Programme as part of ongoing efforts to progress diversity, inclusion and workplace equality across the gaming industry.

The Membership Programme is open to both corporations and individuals and offers a range of benefits, including inclusion in the member directory and discounts to industry events.

For those individuals that become a Diversity and Inclusion Supporter (£48 per year) or a Diversity and Inclusion Boss (£2,400 per year), additional benefits include searchable access to the Member Directory, Mentorship Programme, learning and development workshops, bespoke research, analysis and reports, as well as professional services such as assistance building a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy.

“The beta launch of our Membership Programme, Member Directory and Mentorship Programme are the next steps in our mission to provide the industry with the resources it needs to progress in terms of diversity and inclusion,” said All-In Diversity Project co-founder Kelly Kehn.

“While we offer both corporate and individual memberships, we really want to see individuals sign up and take advantage of the incredible benefits our Membership and Mentorship Programmes have to offer, allowing them to progress in their careers within the industry.”

The Mentorship Programme is free for Supporters and Bosses and sees members with knowledge, experience and understanding of the work or workplace support the development of another member.

Those that sign up will be added to the Member Directory, which will act as a searchable database for those looking to connect with and contact individuals that are trained in the areas of diversity, inclusion and equality, acting as a powerful recruitment tool.

The Membership Programme is currently in beta mode, with a 50 per cent discount offered to those that sign up between now and 1 January 2020.
