Investment in marketing leads Bingo.com to Q1 revenue growth

Online bingo operator Bingo.com has reported a 45 per cent increase in revenues to $590,199 for the first quarter of 2013, with improved marketing efforts increasing the company’s European player base and gaming volumes to record levels.

Gaming revenues were up 51 per cent to $582,760 due to an increase in players as a result of increased marketing during the quarter. Advertising revenue fell by 62 per cent to just $7,439.
