UPDATED: Sagi’s Brickington to sell 10 per cent stake in Playtech

Brickington Trading, the company belonging to Playtech founder Teddy Sagi, is to sell a 10 per cent stake in the online gaming technology and services provider.

The company is to sell approximately 29.3m ordinary shares at a price of 725 pence per share via an accelerated bookbuild through Canaccord Genuity, Shore Capital and UBS.
