Madrid-listed gaming operator Codere has secured a ten-day extension to finalise a deal with its creditors and bondholders as it looks to restructure its €1.2bn debt.
In accordance with article 82 of law 24/1988 of the Spanish Stock Market Act, Codere has put a standstill agreement in place with the support of all senior facility lenders and a majority of bondholders.
