For the ninth consecutive year, British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) has delivered more than $1bn to the Canadian province, as net income rose 7 per cent to CAD$1,254.5m for the year ended March 31st.
This followed a 3 per cent increase in revenue to $2,904.3m during the year, with growth from the operator’s land-based casino and gaming operations offsetting a decline in lottery revenue.
