UK bookmaker Ladbrokes has reported a 38 per cent drop in total operating profit to £41.7m for the first half of 2015, after incurring an operating loss of £11.5m from its digital business.
Including high rollers, total net revenue fell marginally versus a year ago to £588.8m, with a significant decline in telephone betting offsetting growth in the UK retail, European retail, and digital businesses.
