In a record year for the lottery operator, Belgium's Loterie Nationale achieved sales of €1.18bn in 2016 thanks to a growing product portfolio and improvements in its multi-channel strategy.
Results were boosted by a 22 per cent increase in online sales, with approximately 655,000 player accounts registered across the channel, as well as the growth of its mobile offering, which recorded a 115 per cent in turnover to €27.6m.
